Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original unworn condition as it was received with all packaging (including the shoe box and protective tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.

You must ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return.

All returns shipped from outside the UK MUST be clearly labelled as “Returned Goods” and the appropriate forms completed. Failure to do this may result in import tax and charges imposed by the carrier being deducted from your refund.

Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
